The indie websoap The Cavanaughs, that follows the behind the scenes of a television show, continues to plow through Season 4 & its final season. There’s more to come as storylines get ready to collide. Here is what you can look forward to this November 2012. What characters will make it to the finale episodes in December? But first…

*Noreen / Rebecca / Charley / Charlotte

Executive Producer Rebecca (Emily Sandack) quickly snatches Noreen (Ginger Snappz) for a TV show interview with talk show host D’Montrell Williamson (Terrence Moss) to talk about her kidnapping ordeal. Rebecca is so focused on getting publicity for The Cavanaughs and returning the sitcom to the airwaves, she is not putting into account Noreen’s emotions. What will happen when Rebecca arranges for secret guests unstable Charley (Deborah Estelle Philips) and ex-wife Charlotte (Carla Marie) to appear? Charley still thinks she shot Hope and has not had a conversation with Noreen since learning Noreen is her real father. It will be one family reunion indeed…

* DeVanity crossover – Jason DeVanity

Spotlighted will be the guest appearance and Indie Soap Crossover from Michael Caruso’s hit series DeVanity, in which Jason DeVanity will cross paths with Noreen and Rebecca. His presence and ties to two characters will ultimately change the course of Noreen, Rebecca & the future of The Cavanaughs.

*Mark / Scott / Hope

Not everyone will survive the car accident, and Mark (Grant Landry) will rush to the hospital to learn of his step brother’s fate. While at the hospital, Scott (Daniel Rhyder) will learn Hope has a peacemaking offer for Mark. He will be faced with a decision that may just ruin his relationship with Mark. Mark wants to let down his walls and trust again after being betrayed by Hope and Dumas (Percy Rustomji). Will Scott make the right choice? Hope (Camille Bennett) will leave the Cavanaughs canvas in November. But before her exit, what trouble will she bring?

* Drew / Kirsten / Shea / Bryan

Detective Drew (Ryan Kibby) is mystified on why he is having memories from the deceased Shea. One thing is for sure, Kirsten (Katie Caprio) has feelings for her co-partner and is determined to get to the bottom of the situation. Bryan (Adrian Rennie) will confront Drew for answers. The reason for Drew having Shea’s memories will be revealed.

*  Maddie / Justin / Cary

In the first of a series of interviews. The Cavanaughs producer and original cast member Cwennen Corral picks the minds the cast of The Cavanaughs. First up – the show’s creator Adrian Morales, who also plays Bryan.

Q1: What is your biggest dream for yourself?

Biggest dream? I dunno. I guess, to find my niche where I can have nice roof over my head, surrounded by friends, with a love, and doing what I love and being able to give back.

Q2: What would you want for your family?

For them to know that I’m doing my best to set an example for my nieces and nephews that they don’t have to settle, that there is a world out there to explore with so many possibilities and that they deserve the chance to explore any talent they have to make them a better person and the chance to give back… if that’s what they want to do.

Q3: If you could write a show and could cast any actor of your choice, who would you cast?

I would love in a perfect world, to be able to produce a full fledged show as Days was back in the 80s’ or a soap like Santa Barbara, Another World, when the stories were character driven. I still would love to work with Leann Hunley and Thaao Penghlis. Karen Moncrieff. Megan Mullally. Dylan McDermott

Q4: Who is your favorite Smurf?

Jokey. haha. I look back, though they were quite dangerous group to cross. Did you know they killed a person through song in front of children in a christmas special?

Q5: Who is your favorite soap/or soap star and why?

I don’t have just one favorite. I was raised on Days of our Lives back in the day. But I have a fondness for Santa Barbara, Search for Tomorrow, Another World, Dark Shadows. I cannot pick just one. I come from a theater background and I love working with ensembles where everyone brings their talent. So naturally I love to watch other ensembles who shine beautifully together.

Q6: If you could have one super power, what would it be?

The power to zap people with euphoria. There would be a lot less arguing in that world. 🙂

Q7: What legacy would you like to leave for the generations to come?

I don’t know yet. I’m still learning. That’s a tough question. There is something that read that I apply to my life, in the way I work with others and how I handle myself through obstacles. I like to think I keep his legacy alive. Bob Fosse last speech to his cast in 1987, on the day he died. “If you can do better, do better. Don’t compete with anyone but yourself. When you are in trouble or have a dilemma, ask yourself ‘What’s the most important thing?’. And when you wake up in the morning, ask yourself how you can be a better person, not just a better performer.”

Q8: What are you doing towards that legacy now?

I learn something from everyone I meet. And I am trying to give back what I know. And I am trying to experience all I can. I’ve been fortunate to have had the life I have had. A life in the theater. A life working for a movie studio. A life working on television shows. A life working in the indie soap world. I’ve come across so many people, and have made friendships that I have treasured. And there’s still more to experience.

Q9: If you could be a sea animal (mammal or fish) which would you be?

A dolphin.

Q10: What would you do for a cheeseburger?

What wouldn’t I do for a cheeseburger. It’s a weakness.
